Saintly Journeys Ministry exists for a single, unwavering purpose: to walk alongside every person on their journey toward Jesus Christ. We are non-denominational in welcome, ecumenical in spirit, and rooted in the conviction that the invitation of John 1:39 belongs to everyone: Come and you will see.
We are not a parish program. We are not a denominational organization. We are a companion ministry — one man who heard Isaiah 6:8 by a fire and said yes, walking alongside everyone God sends his way.

To accompany every seeker — wherever they are on the road - into a deeper encounter with Jesus Christ and a living, sustainable life of prayer.

A world where no seeker walks alone. Where every person who longs for God — whether they have words for that longing or not — finds a companion willing to walk beside them, at their pace, without pressure, without judgment, and without an agenda beyond the one Jesus modeled on the road to Emmaus.

I grew up in a small rural county in upstate New York, surrounded by vineyards and Amish farms. It was a place where the seasons meant something — where you watched things grow slowly, get pruned hard, and come back stronger. The Amish neighbors I grew up watching lived their faith with a quiet, unhurried intentionality that left a mark on me long before I had language for it.
I was raised in the Methodist tradition, in a faith community that took Scripture seriously and loved God genuinely. That foundation is something I carry with me still. It shaped how I read the Bible, how I talk about Jesus, and how I try to welcome people who are coming from somewhere different than where I am.

My journey into the Catholic Church was not a quick one. It unfolded over years of prayer, study, and honest wrestling with questions I could not set aside. When I finally received the sacraments, it felt less like a crossing over and more like a coming home — the end of a long walk that had been leading somewhere all along.
Along the way, the Cursillo movement reshaped my understanding of community and mission. Studying through the Avila Institute has given me a richer foundation in the mystical and contemplative tradition of the Church. Formation through the Word on Fire Institute has deepened my understanding of evangelization and the intellectual beauty of the faith. Each has left its mark on the ministry I now offer.
My calling crystallized around a single verse that has not let me go: Isaiah 6:8 — Whom shall I send? Here am I. Send me. That is the heartbeat of everything at Saintly Journeys Formation Center.

I live in Central Florida with my wife, who has walked her own beautiful journey into the Catholic Church. Watching her come home to the faith has been one of the great gifts of my life. I have served my local parish as a Eucharistic Minister — and the privilege of placing Christ in the hands of the faithful week after week has deepened my reverence for the Real Presence in ways I cannot fully describe.
I am a Cursillista in the Diocese of Orlando, and De Colores is not just a phrase I use. It is a lens I see through.

Whether you come from a non-denominational church, a Protestant tradition, a Catholic parish, or no church background at all — you are exactly the kind of person this ministry was built for. No tradition is required to walk through the door. No tradition is turned away at it.
The patron saint of Saintly Journeys Ministry is St. Philip the Apostle, whose feast day is May 3. Philip was the apostle who said ‘Come and see’ to a skeptic who doubted whether anything good could come from Nazareth. He didn’t argue. He didn’t lecture. He walked with him.
Two verses before our tagline in John’s Gospel, Philip speaks the words that became the heartbeat of this ministry. St. Philip is recognized across every stream of the Christian faith — Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, and Anglican. He belongs to the whole Church. And so, in a small way, does this ministry.
Saintly Journeys Ministry is registered as a Soul Center with the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) — a global ecuministry organization that credentials ministers across denominational lines. Registration as a Soul Center is not merely an administrative credential — it is a declaration of identity: a place where Christians of all traditions are recognized, welcomed, and served.
No credentials required. No questions too hard. No road too long.
Come and you will see. — John 1:39
